Aubergine Persian Restaurant

Aubergine is the only Persian restaurant in the Czech Republic, located in Prague's Karlín district. Led by Tehran-born chef Ata Alipour, it serves authentic Persian dishes including grilled kebabs and traditional stews, after seven years of running a Persian catering business.
